Job Responsibilities:
● Execute the company's sales plan to surpass established targets.Cultivate and expand a network of distributors and agents in targeted regions/industries, fostering lasting relationships.
● Provide dedicated sales and technical support to distributors/agents to drive sales.
● Attend global exhibitions/trade shows to identify potential markets and engage with prospective customers.
● Collect, organize, and provide insightful feedback on target market information.
● Cultivate strong customer relationships, encouraging repurchases, transfers, and introductions for sustained sales growth.
● Take ownership of customer information establishment, storage, and classification management.
Job Requirements:
● Bachelor's degree/ Master in Engineering/Science or higher, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a sales-related position.
● Proven ability to generate pipelines and identify business opportunities.
● Passionate about sales, demonstrating diligence, initiative, and the flexibility to work remotely with variable schedules, including up to 50% travel.
● Strong team spirit, a sense of responsibility, excellent communication skills, and adept interpersonal building skills.
● Valuable experience in managing regional sales, and familiarity with the Indian market is a significant plus.
